Halfpipe Theater and other templates updated
I just released an update for the Halfpipe Theater template that fixes a mixed up placeholder and also adds a separate template file that can also support video files.
The reason the first version could not accept video files was due to the placeholders being used as transition items. That means the video would not be in synch as various points in the timeline.
You will receive two templates, one that supports stills only, but has transitions, and one that supports both video and stills, but no transitions.
I also updated TV Tower and Reflections to include PAL compositions.
If you have already purchased the any of these templates and would like an updated version, please contact support on AEProjects.com with your order number and I will email the files to you.
How to resolve the “After Effects warning: The sequence has X missing frames” error
If you have ever received this type of error while working with your templates, here is the problem and solution.
By default Adobe After Effects imports a sequentially numbered set of images as a “sequence” or movie where each frame is a separate file. If there is one or more frames missing you will get this error.
The simple solution is to deselect the “Import as Sequence” checkbox in the lower left corner of the replace/import dialog box as seen below. This will allow you to import one single image file.
