The 4EG Video07 has just come to a close and I wanted to report what a wonderful event it has been. There have been many amazing seminars by some of the most talented individuals in our industry and I know I will be coming home with several ideas to put into my business right away.
One of the highlights for me was the “Live Edits” and being able to take a peek behind the scenes of other videographers editing process. Experiencing the reasoning behind why they choose this clip or this audio, etc. was a very enlightening learning experience.
I also wanted to thank everyone who attended both of my seminars and I hope you have enjoyed them. If anyone ever needs help with something in After Effects don’t hesitate to ask.

Hi Josh, Ron Priest from Kentucky here. I also attended the 4EG Video 07, it was my first ever videographers convention, and it was amazing! I firt started in wedding video back in the 80’s while still active duy Air Focre. I gave it up for a few years, but started getting back into it again after I retired from the AF in 1996. I now consider it my full time profession. Anyway way, I did not go to your seminars because at the time, I didn’t own After Effects, and I’ve vever even had the opportunity to see the interface. Since January however, I’ve upgraded to the Adobe Production Studio and I’m now an official owner of After Effects! But, I’m so lost, and have no idea where to begin. I’ve went through some of the training courses at Lynda.com but it hasont been much of an inspiration. I’ve also listened to your 4EG seminars via the MP3’s made available for download by the 4EG but their a little hard to follow since I didn’t not attend in person. So, I figured I just had no choice but to order your training materials. I’ve been wanting to learn AF for a long time, and I figured what better way to learn how to implement AE in my wedding videos than to learn from the After Effects “Hero” himself! Thanks for making yourself available to other videographers, I look forward to an enriched learning experience.
